work ethic #6 - Communication.
Communication is important in anywhere you go basically. For example I find myself a hard time to communicate since I am a very shy person although I do understand communication is very important in a work area to get things done right you would have to communicate with one of your co workers to get whatever task you are trying to get done. Communication is important I say in everything you do.

Social Media Lawsuit
Be careful on what you put on Social Media because once its posted on the Internet everyone can see it and their is no taking it back because its out there for everyone to see. What you post on social media can as well be used as evidence against you.
There is this one article I read where the sheriff goes on a firing spree and he fired 6 of his workers for liking a Facebook page. Elections were coming up, and the sheriff was upset that one of his employees liked his competitor’s page. But workers filed a law suit against him but dismissed it.

Project 4.5.1 Question #1
What to do with deleted files from the recycle bin?
When you delete a file from your computer, it's actually just moved to the Recycle Bin, where it's temporarily stored until the Recycle Bin is emptied. This gives you an opportunity to recover accidentally deleted files and restore them to their original locations.

work ethic #3 - Respect
I would think respect is very important in everyday life. But you shouldn't take someone respect for granted. You have to respect to be respected. I respect anyone who respects me when someone is disrespectful it is just nasty and shows how someone is uneducated and doesn't care about respect one bit. Respect is important for me.

WE #2 - Attendance
When it comes to attendance I met the expectations on getting somewhere in time and sometimes if I cant make it on time to a certain location. I usually try to call or text on whenever I am trying to attend.
I can say sometimes it is hard for me to make it on time sometimes but mostly all the time. I'm always on it. But I could say I need a little improvement on that. Attendance as a work ethic includes sticking to work schedules, being ready to start work on time, remaining on the job during the workday to complete duties and limited use of leave. And I could say I sometimes have trouble sticking to attendance.
Attendance makes a big difference if your always late or don't show up what does that say? It jus says that you don't really take anything serious and you cant be on time for anything, I know I need more help on attendance sometimes but it is important to try to show up on time. Attendance is very important.
A worker who fails to understand the effect of poor attendance on his workplace also may lack other work ethics. Work ethics interconnect to create the ebb and flow necessary for a well-functioning workplace. Character requires dependability, reliability, responsibility and discipline. The chronically absent or tardy cannot practice good teamwork, which requires coordination to achieve common goals. Poor attendance appears to others as a lack of cooperation and respect

Work Ethic #1 Character
What Work Ethic means is when you need some improving to do of yourself. Their is a lot of things I need to work on for example one would be procrastination cause I always leave everything until its almost due or a day before it is due.
Another thing would have to be is my temper I have a real quick temper when someone makes me real mad I don't know what to do and my anger gets the best of me. I do thing without even knowing I am doing in any harm I really hate that about myself. Some people wouldn't believe I have anger problems since I am always the quiet one in the room but that isn't true at all once someone makes me mad I am a completely different person I don't even recognize myself when I am angry.
Another thing is when I need help I don't ask for help I jus try to figure it on my own. For example like school work or assignments those are the things I don't really ask for help cause I rather not feel stupid when I ask the question so I jus basically sit there and try to figure it on my own when everyone in the class is way ahead of me on assignments since I don't really bother on asking questions.
